THE NEW JUDGES OF THE CONSTITUTIONAL COURT

By altering the plan of work for the spring term, the judges of the Constitutional Court have decided that Judge Dr. Mitja Deisinger would preside over the criminal panel for the examination of constitutional complaints, Jasna PogaÄar would be a member of the administrative panel, and Jan Zobec a member of the civil panel.
Until Prof. Dr. Ernest PetriÄ does not begin to perform the office of constitutional court judge, Judge Marta Klampfer will also take part as a member in the criminal panel.
Judge Dr. Mitja Deisinger will become the judge rapporteur in all unresolved cases which were previously assigned to Dr. Zvonko Fišer.
Judge Jasna PogaÄar will take into consideration all unresolved cases that were assigned to Dr. Janez Äebulj except those that were assigned to this former judge as a member of the civil panel. In addition to other cases that were until 1 February 2008 assigned to Dr. Franc Grad as a judge rapporteur, these cases are taken into consideration by Judge Jan Zobec as the judge rapporteur.
The next regular plenary session of the Constitutional Court will be held on 10 April 2008.
